Would you like to contribute in a deeper way to our personal and planetary healing, wholeness and transformation, both your own and for others? It is with great joy that we offer our new facilitator training program. (See next section below for info on February modules).
You do not have to be in the training program to attend these modules, the materials we will be offering are soul medicine in themselves (See program requirements section below for all modules).
Aristotle believed it was essential for humans to experience expanded states of consciousness if we are to become all we are meant to be. The list of mystics, scholars and human potential researchers in agreement with Aristotle is endless. Expanded states can provide us a life changing experience of our multidimensional reality. In truth, expanded states of consciousness are a necessary step for creating a world that works for all life and for becoming our Higher Self, which is the very mission of University of Earth. In our training we will dive into why this is so.
So impassioned are we for bringing opportunities for people to experience these expanded states in a safe, substance free and easily integrated way, without the unrecognized problems associated with psychedelics as it relates to one’s spiritual development, that we have created an inexpensive training program to train facilitators to take this gift to their communities.
It is a primary goal of University of Earth to help people help the world and earn income while doing it, as you will see in our soon to launch program HELP: The Holistic EcoLiving Project. Certified Heliotropic BreathWork facilitators will be able to earn income by offering their own BreathWork retreats. What can you earn? The normal cost of attending a weekend retreat of similar breathwork methods in other locations is around $600, with one-day retreats normally between $250 - $300.

The modules will be offered cyclically on the cross-quarters (see annual schedules below). You can begin the training program at anytime with any module.

Know Thyself: The Enneagram for Self-Realization & Personal Transformation
The Enneagram is one of the most powerful tools we have for truly fulfilling
the ancient maxim “Know Thyself.” In this module we will look at the enneagram as an exquisite map for personal transformation and
self-realization on the path of becoming our Higher Self. From its mysterious ancient origins to its continuing progressive revelation we will explore how it can help us become who we are meant to be and help create the world our hearts long for.

Module Two: February 5th - 6th
Archetypes: The Love, Wisdom & Power of the Higher Self
Rumi tells us, “Everything visible has an invisible archetype.” The ancient texts of both Hinduism and Christianity teach us “In the beginning was the Word…and through the Word all things were made.” Archetypes are the Word, “The word become flesh,” the mystery of spirit becoming matter, forming and informing stars, flowers, mountains and streams, forming and informing you and me. In this module we will explore the mysterious inner world of all manifestation and the unique archetypal design of your Higher Self.

Program Costs
Our inaugural rate for the four-day double modules is $750.
We so believe in this process and what it can do to help the world that we want it to be affordable. The total program cost at the inaugural rate is $5,250 which is less than one-third of the cost of my training with Grof Transpersonal Training. Which includes the six required modules and certification practicum.
Additionally, we will be offering our graduates who have demonstrated a high level of competency in the Heliotropic method the opportunity to host one of their own Heliotropic BreathWork weekend retreats here at University of Earth where they have the potential to recoup nearly all of the program costs.
Lodging & Meals
Trainees will have multiple options for lodging with our lovely cabins, off grid yurts and beautiful riverside campsites. There is no discount for camping or yurts.
In an effort to keep costs low for participants we will be serving dinners only. Trainees are free to be creative for breakfasts and lunches, sharing meals, etc. as each cabin has a full kitchen for food preparation.
Acceptance into the Program
While all are invited to attend any of the modules, to assure a harmonious fit between trainees and University of Earth approval for continuation in the certification program will be made at the conclusion of your first training module.
Our Unique Program
Stan Grof said his Holotropic method was not the last word in breathwork and if someone wanted to improve on it they are free to do so. Heliotropic BreathWork is an advancement of his method. There are several aspects that set the Heliotropic method apart; one is our emphasis on Nature. In keeping with University of Earth’s foundational teaching that Nature is a primary teacher and healer trainees will be allocated time for nature immersion during each module. The ancient wise ones tell us, without a deep relationship to nature we will never create a more beautiful world, for it is only with time in nature attuned to the divine mind therein that we discover our true soul purpose and our role in society. As you will see, blending breathwork with time in nature enhances both experiences.
Like Grof’s method, facilitating healing and wholeness of the body, mind and soul through access to the “Inner Healer” is central to our program. Another aspect that sets Heliotropic BreathWork apart is our commitment to helping people access their “Inner Healer,” which we call the “Higher Self,” not only during breathwork sessions but on a daily basis so that healing and wholeness can continue each and every day. Additionally, you will be introduced to the power of invoking help from the higher realms and learn to create a life transforming relationship with the “Beings of Light.”
All of these aspects are part of University of Earth’s greater vision and mission of creating a world that works for us all where the human community, the natural world and the divine worlds go forward as one sacred community. The Beings of Light tell us a Golden Age will come when many more of us have done our necessary healing and “embody” our Higher Selves in all that we do. Gandhi’s “Be the change you want to see in the world” is a motto of University of Earth. As the maverick Franciscan priest, Richard Rohr claims, “Transformed people, transform people,” and at U of Earth, personal and planetary transformation is our goal.
