Heliotropic BreathWork Retreat
SEPTEMBER 13-15, 2024
University of Earth & Lost Sierra Retreat Center
64274 Highway 70
Graeagle, CA 96103
starts on Friday, September 13th at 6:30 p.m. and ends on Sunday, September 15th at Noon
Heliotropic BreathWork is a powerful approach to personal empowerment and self-exploration which relies on the innate inner wisdom of one’s “Inner Healer,” the Higher Self. The beauty of this method is its capacity to help you fulfill your spiritual, creative and emotional potentials. The reports of a vast variety of expanded states of consciousness and healings, including mental, emotional and physical ailments as well as past life traumas, is truly astonishing. Along with being legal and safer for the psyche (soul) than psychedelics, some facilitators are now indicating this type of breathwork helps to integrate previous altered states of consciousness induced by psychedelics in a way that psychedelics cannot. In Heliotropic BreathWork participants leave with suggested practices to stay connected to their Higher Self for continued healing, wholeness and transformation.
About University of Earth
University of Earth is an EcoSpiritual Wisdom School dedicated to helping create a world that works for all, both human and “other-than-human,” where the Human Community, the Natural World and the Divine Worlds go forward as one sacred community. And while we are far from living in such a world, we hold a firm conviction that this is the emerging zeitgeist, the “Spirit of the Times,” and it cannot be turned back.
Meet The Facilitator - Rich Silver
University of Earth founder and director Rich Silver is the creator of Heliotropic BreathWork and serves as the lead facilitator. He is a practicing Ecotherapist with a MA in psychotherapy and has been certified in a number of healing modalities. Rich has completed all of the required training modules, including the certification module through Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT), the organization originally founded by Stan Grof, to become a certified Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator.
Rich brings a lifetime of education in the field of human potential and dedication to transformative practice to Heliotropic BreathWork. His dedication to offering support for others has improved the lives of many hundreds over the years. Rich Silver's Bio
LOCATION
Located at the edge of the northern Sierra Nevada's Mohawk Valley along California's Scenic Hwy 70, University of Earth's campus is the perfect place for the "Great Work" of our times; the reinvention of self and society. Nestled at the foot of an ancient Sacred Mountain Landscape with nearly a mile of the National Wild and Scenic River, the Middle Fork of the Feather winding through its forty acres, students and visitors have the opportunity to explore and experiment with a fundamental concept of U of Earth;
Nature as the primary teacher and healer.
